Best Actress Award in L.A. for Carolyn Saint-Pé

And... the City of Angels Film Festival Best Actress Award goes to... Talent Agency International's talent Carolyn Saint-Pé for a her role in short film Rosalie.

Carolyn Saint-Pé, a bilingual French / English actress , took on the role of Rosalie, a troubled woman facing her internal demons with the help of some illicit drugs, in this short film shot with French dialogue. Rosalie, produced by Wind and Foster Productions, is part of a series of 12 films shot over 12 months in various languages by director Jevan Chowdhury.
